At SKLPTD Personal Training Studio, our semi-private personal training is unlike anything you’ll have experienced before. Semi-private personal training is smaller than a typical group fitness class, but larger than a one-on-one personal training session. It involves a small group of people, typically two to four individuals, coached by one of our experienced personal trainers. 

Whether you are among friends, family, or just want a small group setting for motivation, your personal trainer designs a workout program that is tailored to the specific goals and fitness levels of each individual in the group. Your trainer provides guidance and instruction to each person during the workout.

With the same benefits as one-on-one holistic personal training, our semi-private personal training can be a great option for people who want the personalized attention of a personal trainer, but prefer the social support and motivation that comes from working out with a group of peers. It can also be more cost-effective than one-on-one personal training, as the cost of a session is typically shared among the members of the group. The balance of the motivational group environment and one-on-one attention makes it the perfect mix to produce fast results, without the bounce back.
